Now ‘retweet’ on facebook too
Facebook has once again copied a feature of Twitter by allowing users to ‘retweet’ just as they do in Twitter
Uptil now there has been no way to share status updates of a friend with your friends except copying it as your own status
Facebook has added the option of share & share alike which will sit next to the Comment and Like buttons at the bottom of a post
Interestingly the Retweet feature was invented by users themselves and many are still using it as a primary way of sharing friends’ updates instead of the official twitter RT
