Ronaldo to return from injury for Real Madrid

Cristiano Ronaldo looks set to make his return from injury after being included in the Real Madrid squad for their Champions League tie against FC Zurich.

The winger has missed Real’s last nine games with an ankle injury that also kept him out of Portugal’s World Cup play-off against Bosnia-Hercegovina.

However, the 24-year-old returned to full training last Friday and could now feature against Zurich on Wednesday.

It also means he could face Barcelona in Sunday’s La Liga derby.
