Teenager posts final video before death

Teenager Ben Breedlove had a heart condition known as hypertrophic cardiomyopathy in which “the heart muscle becomes thick. The thickening makes it harder for blood to leave the heart, forcing the heart to work harder to pump blood”.

Ben died on Christmas as he suffered a cardiac arrest while playing with his younger brother. Just days before his death he made a video describing his condition and experiences while suffering from cardiac arrest. The video has gone viral and had amassed over 2 million views till date. His parents did not watch the video until after his death.

Here is a screen shot of the video from the moment when he is describing his last cardiac arrest when his heart stopped beating for 3 minutes.
